Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy:
Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Failure to notify us of cancellation within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the booking fee. This is due to the inability to schedule another customer in such a short notice period.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations must be made in writing to pawblimey@outlookcom. Please notify us at the earliest opportunity if you know you need to cancel a scheduled service.

Although cancellation is rare at Paw Blimey!, our staff reserve the right to cancel at any time for any of the below reasons:

Severe weather disruption - due to excessive cold (snow and/or ice) or flooding or excessive heat (heatwave) where danger to the dog or staff may occur

If the dog is deemed dangerous (i.e. dangerous dog act 1991), is any one of the banned breeds from this act, if the dog displays aggressive behaviour toward staff or any member of the public including other dogs or animals, becomes out of control, if the staff feel unsafe or if the dog has a medical condition preventing Paw Blimey! staff to perform their service effectively.

Emergency situations - Staff at Paw Blimey! may have to cancel due to emergency situations such as injury, death of a family member or any extenuating circumstances that may occur beyond the staff's control. We will always try to reschedule if this is the case, and you would not be charged for your rescheduled appointment.

Not scheduling a free meet and greet session if you are a new customer
Rescheduling:
Customers may request to reschedule their appointment, subject to availability and provided that the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests should be made by contacting us directly: pawblimey@outlook.com.

Lateness - Our appointment times are very important to us, we try and ensure there is travel time of up to 30 minutes between each appointment and service to ensure we can get to each client within the allotted time the appointment is booked. If there are issues with traffic, accidents or other mitigating circumstances that cause us to be late, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity if we are going to be any more than 10 minutes late. Your appointment slot will always be the same duration if we are late for any reason, even if this means we have to reschedule (subject to availability).
Health and Safety:
Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses to participate in our services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their dog's health and behaviour.

Emergency situations - if during an appointment service, the dog becomes unwell or sustains injury, Paw Blimey! staff will assess whether a vet trip should be needed, the vet premises is the designated vet service you have provided on your vet release form. At the first opportunity we will try to contact you on the emergency numbers you have provided at the time of booking so please always ensure these numbers are up to date. We will use our best judgement to assess whether a vet trip is needed, and we would always rather take the safer course of action. By signing the vet release form you agree that Paw Blimey! staff can take any necessary action to ensure your dog is safe and well at all times, including vet trips and vet fees incurred.
Liability:
While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, Paw Blimey! and its employees cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during or after the provision of services.
Emergency Situations:
In the event of an emergency involving your pet, we will attempt to contact you immediately using the information provided. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.
Payment:
Payment for services is due at the time of booking.
We accept most debit and credit card payments, apple pay and paypal for your convenience.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We operate with cookies that track how you may use this website, only for marketing purposes, you can opt out of these at any time from the home page when you first visit this website.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.
